Career Club This Month (June 25, 2017)

Our June club meeting will be held from 1:15 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday June 25, 2017 at the same place, 1601 South De Anza Blvd., Ste 260, Cupertino, CA 95014. This month, we will have a workshop on “Creating your personal brand”, which is led by Vicky Wu and Yvette Castanon, a professional leadership consultant.

Vicky Xu, recently joined Google in the Google Cloud Division ensuring all the Cloud Service offerings work well end to end. Prior to that, Vicky was a Sr. Director at VMware delivering software solutions to power Private Cloud for enterprise customers. Vicky enjoys reading about business strategy and leadership topics. She actively seeks mentors in her career and gives back by mentoring others, both at work and in her personal life.

Yvette Castanon, founder of YC Consulting, is a certified facilitator and career coach with real world executive experience helping clients reach their professional goals while improving personal or group confidence and achieving business results. She has thirty-year management experience in high tech companies as a Vice President of Communications, Marketing and Public Relations. Yvette is uniquely qualified to translate her skills, experience and track record into growing individual careers, teams and businesses and helping them achieve high-impact results.
